Getting ThereTemecula is accessible from three major airports:San Diego International Airport (SAN) – typically the easiest option, about 1 hour from Temecula with lighter traffic. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) – about 1.5–2+ hours depending on traffic. While… it is LA, flights are often more affordable, so this can be a great option if you’re watching your budget. John Wayne Airport (SNA – Orange County) – about 1.5 hours from Temecula. This is often a calmer, easier airport experience than LAX and can be a great alternative if flights line up well. All airports offer rental cars, and driving is the most convenient way to explore the area. Do I Need a Car?Having a car is highly recommended. Temecula is spread out, and most hotels, wineries, and the venue itself are not within walking distance of one another. That said, we encourage you to coordinate travel with fellow guests when possible - carpooling or sharing rentals can be a great way to save time and money (and start the celebration early). Getting Home After the WeddingWe won’t have a shuttle service, but Temecula is no stranger to Uber and Lyft, which are widely available throughout the area. We strongly encourage guests to take advantage of ride-share services or designated drivers so everyone gets home safely after the celebration.
