Dublin is walkable but is also a large city! There is a local tram called the Luas that you can use to get around if you are without a car.

There's many areas to explore in Ireland! Keep in mind that the popular cities are all roughly a 3-hour drive one-way. There are plenty of bus tours available starting in Dublin in case you don't want to rent a car.
