The only children at the wedding will be the flower girl and ring bearer. Unfortunately we were not able to incorporate children into the guest list. We thank you for understanding.

Starting from Morinville Sobeys you will drive straight up 100st towards the fire station. stay on 100st for about 5 min. You will see Free Spirit Ranch on your left hand side. There are 3 large buildings including the big brown event barn.

You will be responsible for your own transportation to the wedding. However cabs will be available to you on site later into the evening. This way everyone gets home safe. If affordable for you we recommend driving into town and taking a cab to the venue as parking is limited. If you do choose the drive to the venue directly then take a cab we will need you to come and collect your vehicle by 12:00pm the following day. This gives us time to have everything cleaned up and the venue cleared out on time, as per the rental contract. Thank you for your cooperation.

Weather permitting the ceremony will be outside by the large fountain. The dinner will be in the main event barn. For the reception you can choose to celebrate in the barn, one of the 2 firepits or to the event tent we will have set up outside.

When you arrive you will get 2 complimentary drink tickets. After that you can buy additional drink tickets for $2.00 each, at a table separate from the bar. 1 ticket = 1 drink. there will be a selection of wines, coolers, beer and other spirits. As well as coffee and non-alcoholic beverages. Ticket purchases are cash only and there is no ATM on property.
