We met in Madison, WI while we were both in college.

One of our first trips was to Chicago.

Nicole graduated from Edgewood College.

We celebrated Nicole's graduation with a trip to Florida. This was Jake's first flight!

Nicole moved to Michigan that summer to start her PhD program.

Jake visited as much as possible! We had a lot of fun at football games in Ann Arbor.

Our first international trip was to Mexico.

We celebrated Jake's birthday in Colorado.

We've had a lot of fun dancing over the years :)

We adopted Halle from the Humane Society in Ann Arbor.

Jake graduated from UW-Platteville!

We went on a roadtrip that winter through the Southwest US.

Jake moved to Michigan and we moved in together!

We went on our first ski trip together and got hooked, despite our first run being a double black and Nicole losing both of her skis in the snow.

Jake traveled to Germany for work and Nicole got to tag along.

We also visited Switzerland on this trip!

We spent Jake's birthday in sunny San Diego.

We've continued to ski a bunch. This photo was taken in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Our last trip for a while was to Florida.

We celebrated our 5th anniversary in Ithaca, New York.

We traveled to Utah for the first time in 2021. Who knew we'd end up living here someday!

Nicole defended her PhD and became Dr. Olson in March 2021!

We said goodbye to our home in Michigan :(

We found our next home in Durham, North Carolina!

We explored the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina.

We did some camping near Grandfather Mountain State Park.

We picked up disc golf together and quickly became obsessed. Many of you reading this have played disc golf with us!

We traveled to Pittsburgh this summer with some friends.

Christmas this year included matching pajamas and a discmas tree.

We visited Utah in the winter and started to think, "Hey, this place is pretty cool."

Jake's disc golf dying business, Flyin Dyes, took off and we participated in our first market!

We vacationed in North Carolina's Outer Banks and saw some beautiful sunsets.

We visited New River Gorge National Park during summer 2023.

We got engaged on a trip to Iceland!!

Our adventures continued onto Stockholm, Sweden.

And Budapest, Hungary! Such a memorable trip!

We spent Christmas in Puerto Rico with Nicole's family.

We packed up again and drove across the country, this time landing in Salt Lake City!

Our first few months in Utah were full of exploring the outdoors.

We took a quick trip to Baltimore to celebrate our friends' wedding.

We went to a Brewers baseball game with Jake's family!

Next, we went to Las Vegas to watch some professional disc golf.

Summer 2024 was filled with as much camping as possible.

And plenty of hiking too!

We checked Grand Teton National Park off our wish list!

We went on our first backpacking trip together with some friends from SLC!

We traveled to Colorado for another wedding with friends.

We've continued to play disc golf together.

We enjoyed our first fall in Utah by checking out all the fall colors.

We attended another wedding with friends.

We went camping in southern Utah for Nicole's birthday!

We celebrated our first Christmas in Utah with Nicole's family.

And enjoyed a post-Christmas hike.
