We are going with a mid-century Hollywood theme, so come dressed fancy, ready to dance to your hearts desire!

We ask that you not arrive earlier than 30-minutes prior to the start time of the ceremony. Arriving at least 15 minutes early to find a seat is strongly encouraged.

The ceremony will be outdoors at the back lawn of the Renaissance Austin Hotel called the Luna Blanca Lawn. Walk through the atrium of the hotel, down the stairs, to the left out the back side doors. Follow the signs! Cocktail Hour & Reception will take place indoors in the Glass Oaks Ballroom. The Glass Oaks Ballroom is back into the lobby/atrium of the hotel from the Luna Blanca Lawn, navigate to the far left doors to go outside to the separated ballroom entrance.

Site Parking at the Renaissance Austin Hotel located in The Arboretum. The Ceremony and Reception will be held at the hotel. Complimentary Self Event Parking for the day of the event (does not apply to overnight guests). Hourly: $0.00 Overnight: $20.00*** Per Stay: $0.00

We have structured the wedding to be for adults, and although there will be a few children present, they are close family and special accommodations. We understand there may be extenuating circumstances, so please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.

We regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation/online RSVP. Please contact us directly if you have a unique situation and we will do our best to accommodate.

You bet there is! Open Bar at the Reception. Drinks are on us, the hangover is on you! ;D

Hors d'oeuvres will be served during Cocktail Hour in the Glass Oaks Ballroom, followed by a seated, plated dinner. Entrée will be duet plate of filet mignon and seared salmon with sides, with a salad appetizer. Champagne Toast & Wedding Cake to follow! *Please reach out to the Bride directly if for any reason you need to select the optional vegetarian entree of mushroom risotto as this must be requested ahead of time!
