Can I bring a guest/date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
Are kids welcome?
We understand that some guests may be traveling to Mexico with their children, and they are more than welcome to join you on the trip. However, please note that all wedding events will be adults-only. We hope you can enjoy this special time to relax and celebrate with us.
Villa La Estancia offers a Kids Club every day until 4pm.
If you’re in need of additional babysitting services during the weekend, feel free to reach out to us — we’ll be happy to connect you with our hotel coordinator for options.
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by September 30th, 2025 by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP by the given date, we will assume that you are unable to attend. Events will have personalized seating arrangements and will include RSVP'd guests only.
What do I do if I can't make it?
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP "not attending." If you cannot make it after you have RSVP'd, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 5 PM. Shuttles will be leaving the hotel at 4:20 PM. If you miss the shuttle or wish to take an Uber/taxi, please plan accordingly. Guests who arrive after 5 PM will be asked to wait by the reception area until the ceremony has concluded.
Drinking Water
To ensure everyone stays healthy and happy during the wedding celebrations, please avoid drinking tap water—stick to bottled water for drinking, brushing your teeth, and making ice cubes.
Most restaurants and hotels serve filtered water, and bottled water will be widely available for your convenience.
Don’t worry, fresh drinks like margaritas and cocktails are safe—just be sure they’re made with purified ice. Cheers to celebrating safely!
Safety
Puerto Vallarta is a wonderful and welcoming place! Just like in any new city, stick to well-populated areas, use trusted transportation like official taxis or Uber, and keep an eye on your belongings. If you have any concerns or need recommendations for safe places to visit, feel free to ask us or check out the 'Things to Do' section. Puerto Vallarta is safe for tourists, we’re sure you’ll have an amazing time exploring!
Important Travel Tip: Navigating the Puerto Vallarta Airport
When you arrive at Puerto Vallarta's airport, you’ll notice a section we lovingly call the “Shark Tank.” It's just a nickname for an area filled with timeshare salespeople who can be quite persistent. To avoid any confusion or delays:
After you pass through customs, keep walking straight and ignore any offers or questions until you reach the official exit.
Don’t stop until you see the actual transportation booths or the Taxi/Uber area.
I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Absolutely - please reach out to the bride and groom with any allergy related concerns/requests.
