Shuttles will begin pick-up from our hotel block at approx 2:45 pm, with the last shuttle leaving the hotel at 3:00 pm. You are able to park and leave cars overnight at our venue, as well. Join us for our outdoor ceremony on the river, followed by happy hour from 4-5:15 pm. Appetizers will be served! Dinner will begin approx. 5:30 pm followed by desserts. Dancing begins around 7 pm and late night pizza will be served at 9 pm! We'll wrap up around 11:30 pm with the final dance. Shuttle service to and from hotels will be available throughout the evening, and will depart every 30 minutes starting at 7:00 pm with the last shuttle at 12:30 pm. If needed, shuttles can come earlier than 7:00 pm--let us know and we can get you the contact information. Cars can be left overnight if needed.
