Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
We invite you to RSVP online through this website! If you need assistance, please reach out to Nicolette or Quinn!
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible! There are stairs to the ceremony space, but also a ramp. All other activities will be on the first floor and easily accessible for all. If there are any specific concerns you have, please feel free to reach out to the couple directly!
Is there a back-up plan in case of bad weather?
Our ceremony will take place regardless of weather at Celebrations on the River, at the River Walk location. In case of rain, heat, etc. the ceremony will be moved indoors but will still begin at 3:30 pm followed by the reception.
Do we have to follow the dress code?
We want all of our guests to be the most comfortable at our wedding so please do not stress about the dress code. While dressy, sequin, glitter attire is encouraged, it is not required. Please wear whatever you feel your best in! If you have any questions about attire, please reach out to the couple directly. Bridesmaids will be wearing periwinkle for reference.
If we are traveling, what weather should we prepare for in the area?
Spring in Wisconsin can be very unpredictable but as this is later in May, heading into summer months, we anticipate summer temperatures! Mosquitos can be particularly bad in our area, especially by the river, so bug spray will be provided but please plan accordingly if you have preferences.
Are children welcome to both the ceremony and reception?
Yes, children are welcome to both! Note, childrens meals will not be offered although we will have a variety of appetizers and main course options available. If there are officially dietary needs, please contact the couple.
Will the menu cater to dietary restrictions and preferences?
We will have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available but you will need to indicate if you are needing this option PRIOR to the reception. We will have a place for this on our invitations and through the RSVP on this website. If there are specific food allergy concerns PLEASE reach out directly to the couple ahead of time.
