Can I bring my kids or a plus 1?
When you RSVP, the people in your party will be listed. Please only invite those listed in your party on the website. If your name says "and guest", you are more than welcome to bring someone! However, if your invite is just your name, we would prefer it to be just you. While we love all your children, we have decided to limit the children in attendance to immediate family only. Think of it as a great opportunity for a date night out! Thank you so much in advance.
Will there be transportation provided?
Yes! There will be a Coach bus providing transportation to and from the venue and the Holiday Inn Express in Beaver Dam. The bus will start making trips from the hotel to the venue around 2:30pm up until the ceremony at 4pm. The bus will again run right after the ceremony if people would like to bring their car to the hotel before the reception officially starts.
Can I leave my car at the wedding venue overnight?
Yes! If for some reason you need to leave your car at the venue after the reception is over, you can leave your car in the parking lot until the next morning. Safety is the priority!
What should I do after the ceremony?
Once the ceremony is complete, there will be cocktail hour and appetizers immediately following until the start of the reception.
Where do you recommend I stay?
We have blocks set up at 2 hotels in Beaver Dam. They are right next to each other and about a 10 minute drive from the venue. Please see the "travel" tab for more information.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and devices are put away and on silent during the ceremony. We hired a professional photographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we would hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them!
How are you handling Covid precautions?
You are more than welcome to wear your mask and social distance, but we are not enforcing anyone to do so.
What should I wear?
The attire is cocktail/semi-formal.
I still have questions! What is the best way to get in touch?
