Nikki and Eli met in April 2022, when Nikki was working for a local dentist. What started as a simple question—Eli asking if she’d like to go out for drinks, quickly turned into something much bigger. One date led to another, and before long it felt like they’d known each other forever.From the very beginning, the outdoors has been at the center of their story. Nikki loves spending time with her beloved horses, Pearl and Blondie, and hitting the trails for a good hike. Eli is a true outdoorsman who loves all things hunting and fishing, and he’s proudly taught Nikki how to fish, too. Weekends together often mean fresh air, muddy boots, and a sunset somewhere beautiful!Life at home is just as full. Nikki and Eli adore their three dogs—Rose, Hank, and Huck, who are never far from the action and make every day a little bit louder and a lot more fun!In April 2025, on a beach in San Pancho, Mexico, Eli asked Nikki to marry him. With waves in the background and sand under their feet, they promised to keep choosing each other through every season and adventure to come.Now, they’re so excited to celebrate their next chapter with the people they love most and can’t wait to share their wedding day with you!!
