When booking your stay please follow the directions below:

- Go to the Loews Philadelphia Hotel website

- Select date of stay (1 night): 6/27/2025-06/28/2025

- Select # of rooms and adults

- Click Special Rates

- Select Group Code

- Type Code: TBW627 (case sensitive)

- Click Search

- Select King or 2 Doubles and hit "See Rates"

You should see the wedding room block rate appear and you can select to reserve your room. You will pay at the time you check-in.

Please note: Check-in is not until 4:00PM. You may request an early check-in, but there will be time in between the wedding ceremony and the reception for you to check-in. It will be easiest for you to drive your car to the church for the ceremony (3:00-3:45PM), then park and check-in at the hotel afterwards. There is a free parking lot at the church for easy parking convenience. You will have to pay a small fee to park your car at the Loews Hotel afterwards if you are planning to stay overnight.
