How do I RSVP?

Please RSVP via the knot for the events listed on your invite. Please RSVP by 8/18/24 to help us confirm all of the necessary wedding details

How do I get to the venue?

We will have shuttles leaving downtown Helen and will be able to accommodate all guests staying in Helen. If you are driving, there is plenty of parking at the venue and a very kept up road that will allow any vehicles to safely drive and park at the location.

What is the Wedding Dress Code?

Our venue is a laid back mountain barn and we want everyone to feel comfortable in what they wear! The dress code is Semi-Formal/Cocktail. The Ceremony will be held outside and there is a gravel road from ceremony to reception so we recommend having comfy shoes that you can walk in (stillettos probably aren't your best friend for this day)

What's the Weather like in the area?

Our venue is located in North Georgia and as we all know, the weather here is finicky. We recommend bringing layers for the evening to ensure you're not cold, but the weather should be pretty warm on the wedding day.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Due to venue limitations, your invite + RSVP will indicate if you have a plus one or not. To keep our special day intimate and focus on being able to spend time with our loved ones, we cannot accommodate any additional plus ones.

Can I bring my mini-me's?

As much as we love the littles, we are limiting the invite list to littles of family only. We do ask that if your littles are on the invite that you take precaution to keep an eye on them as the venue is in the mountains (yes, we mean we're in the woods, near bears and bonfires)

What type of food will be at your wedding?

We're keeping things really chill with a bbq buffet (chicken, pork, and brisket) to accommodate everyone. We'll have sides for anyone that does not eat any meats as well :)

Will there be an open bar?

Yes- we just ask that everyone drink responsibility (especially if you're driving!) to ensure everyone has a great time.

Do you have a registry?

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

The ceremony is planned for 4:30PM so we ask all guests to be at the location by 4:00PM to have time to park and get seated. If you are taking the shuttle, please review your shuttle schedule to see departure times to ensure you're able to catch the shuttle.

Can I take photos at the ceremony?

We ask that you please respect our request for an unplugged ceremony. The Officiant will give everyone a chance to grab a photo during a specific time, but we ask that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony outside of that specific time.
