Travel Info to Lancaster, PA:

Please let us know if we can help with any specific travel info! We are doing our best to make everything accessible without a car being necessary but if you'd like the flexibility to explore the surrounding areas or Hershey, we'd recommend car travel. If you prefer to be car free, we recommend staying in downtown Lancaster in our hotel block at the Lancaster Arts Hotel or another hotel or airbnb of your choice (downtown is very walkable!). We will have a shuttle (details TBD) running from our hotel block locations.

By Train/Bus

Amtrak from NYC: 3 hours

Bus from NYC: 4 hours ourbus.com

Rideshares (Uber, Lyft) are readily available in town to get around without a car.

Day-of from NYC: if you're coming in on Sunday from NYC, take the Amtrak to Lancaster and you'll be close to the Arts Hotel where you can take the shuttle to the venue! Or, it's about a 3 hour drive.

Hotel Block: We have hotel blocks at the Lancaster Arts Hotel and the Tru By Hilton.

The Lancaster Arts Hotel is closer to downtown and may be easier for those traveling without a car and offers a complimentary continental breakfast, free parking, fitness center.

The Tru includes a hot breakfast, pool, fitness center (with a Peloton!), pet friendly ($50) /games/parking but is not walking distance to the Amtrak or downtown, it's an easy ~10min drive or uber.
