To our guests both staying on Vashon and arriving from West Seattle, getting to the island requires a 20 minute ferry ride from the Fauntleroy ferry terminal. Lines and ferries can be unpredictable in the summer and especially weekends, so we encourage those who are planning on traveling via boat day-of-wedding, to get in line EARLY. An option is always to come early to Vashon and enjoy the downtown area. It's quite adorable, and there are plenty of little shops and coffee spots to explore.

If you are traveling from Tacoma, you can take the south end ferry from Pt. Defiance. This ferry has its own sailing schedule, independant from the Fauntleroy vessels, please plan accordingly.
