To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is May 18th 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the envelope. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.

Yes, the ceremony will be held outside in the evening (I know, Arizona heat....) The reception will be held in a tented facility with fans to keep guests cool. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day.

We request that guests arrive in semi-formal or cocktail attire. We suggest for women, a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates and a suit and tie for men. We request that you do not wear blue jeans or sneakers for the event.

Please arrive at Stonebridge Manor between 5:30 and 5:45 to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 6 p.m.
