Nicole is Elizabeth’s best friend, they met in 2009 at the University of Southern Indiana as freshmen. Nicole is loyal, loving, funny, detailed, trustworthy and intelligent. She loves fiercely and will advocate for her loved ones without missing a beat. She has a remarkable talent to challenge her loved ones (Elizabeth especially) in kind and supportive ways, always keeping their best interest in mind. Elizabeth relies on Nicole for her wisdom and support whether it’s in tragedy or celebration or something in between. Nicole is Elizabeth’s go to for help, validation, fun, companionship and of course SHOPPING AND DANCING! Elizabeth is a better person after knowing Nicole. Nicole lovingly calls Elizabeth “Lizzy”.

Phil is Octavio’s best friend. They met several years ago playing Call of Duty (video game) through a mutual friend. Phil has been Octavio’s biggest supporter and have gotten each other through the good, bad, and ugly. They talk daily and obsess about whatever is their newest interest. They share hobbies such as, but not limited to, gaming, golf, tools, college football, and the Marvel Universe. Phil and his wife, Kristen, are a wonderful double date team to go out and enjoy date nights filled with fun activities. Phil lovingly calls Octavio “Lobo”.

Evan is Elizabeth’s friend of many years. They also met at the University of Southern Indiana in 2010 through their mutual friend Nicole (see above). Evan is fun, loving, detailed, intentional, and organized. Elizabeth relies on him to get shit done and provide logical feedback. He is an amazing host who can rally the friend groups to get together and plan trips. Evan is easy to talk to, fun to travel with, and shares many interests with Elizabeth. He has been loving and accepting of changes as we get older and continues to make friendship a priority. Evan lovingly calls Elizabeth “Liz”.

Elizabeth met Josh through Nicole (see above) at the University of Southern Indiana. Josh is considerate, helpful, and supportive. Josh can make any interaction weird with his dad jokes! Josh helps coordinate fun times like tailgating at Luke Bryan and his annual Halloween Party. Also there has been a 10 year feud regarding a rooster. Octavio is now implicated. Josh lovingly calls Elizabeth, “Lizzy”.

Elizabeth was blessed with Steve’s presence at the lake house in the summer of 2017. Steve is a fun, sassy, hardworking, dedicated and supportive friend. Steve was a big fan of the relationship between Elizabeth and Octavio early on, even encouraging her to propose back in 2021. Steve has made it a priority to celebrate with the couple for all the wedding festivities even though he lives in Princeton, Indiana. Steve lovingly calls Elizabeth “Liz”.

Elizabeth met Daniel at the Lake house in the summer of 2017. Immediately it was easy to bond with Daniel and Octavio had the same experience in 2020. Daniel is a loving, kind, easy going, and sensitive soul who loves everything horror and Halloween. Well he also love his pets, traveling, and anything crafty. Daniel has made it a priority to celebrate with the couple even though he lives in Princeton, Indiana. Daniel lovingly calls Elizabeth, “Liz”.

Octavio and Dan went to St. Joseph University together from 2008- 2012. In college they played soccer together and formed the bond of a lifetime. Although life and adult responsibilities get in the way with staying in touch they always reconnect as if no time has gone by.

Elizabeth has been friends with Aricka since 2002. They met in middle school where they both played the flute in band! Aricka can be quiet and shy, making her a wonderful friend to relax and spend lots of hours with. Aricka is creative, unique, sensitive, caring, and giving. Elizabeth and Aricka truly grew up together. Despite differences in interests, location, or having time apart, they have maintained a very caring friendship that surpasses all time and space.

Elizabeth and Christy have known each other since 2002. They were also in band together and shared many interests such as art and music. They have a deep understanding and trust between them that forms their close bond despite living miles apart. Christy is creative, dynamic, curious and playful. Christy lives in the state of Florida and is making it a priority to travel to be part of Elizabeth and Octavio’s special day.

Elizabeth and Jenny met through a mutual friend Evan (see above). Jenny is nurturing, fun, supportive, adventurous, organized, and a wonderful listener. She’s quiet to begin with but don’t let that fool you! Jenny is always up to go shopping, try a new art activity or get some yummy food at a new restaurant with Elizabeth! Jenny goes out of her way for her Framily, friends that are like family, Jenny lovingly calls Elizabeth, “Liz”.

Octavio met Kristen through his best friend Phil. Kristen used to be his favorite white girl, but after meeting Elizabeth she passed on the title! Kristen will brighten any room, she is a supportive, relatable and caring friend. Her and her husband, Phil, go on double dates with the couple and enjoy many festivities like cookouts, movies, fancy dinners and axe throwing! Kristen loving calls Octavio, “Lobo”.

Sons of Josh and Nicole, who are in the bridal party and friends of the couple. As you can see they can secure the ring with both fight and joy! We love these boys!

Elizabeth’s grown up nephews, who both mean the world to us. There is nothing more fun than time spent with them. 😁

John is Elizabeth’s oldest brother. He has promised not to roast the couple while in the role of officiant. This is a special honor as Elizabeth has dreamed of her brother officiating her wedding.

Kayla is a go to loyal friend! Once she has your back, she has your back! Kayla has agreed to the difficult task of organizing the wedding day timeline and managing the details to have the day run smoothly! She will be in contact with the vendors, food questions, and photography list! Please respect any requests she has as she may approach you to ensure the couple’s dream day runs smoothly, If you have questions, find her! Kayla is Nicole’s sister and let’s just say it’s obvious when friends become close the bond with their family does too!!

Cyndi is Elizabeth’s sister (in law) but Elizabeth has known Cyndi as long as she can remember! Cyndi is so kind, detailed, organized, and a natural leader! She will be the first smiling face you see as you arrive!
