In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of celebration we have chosen for our wedding to be an adult only occasion. We hope the advanced notice means you are still able to share our big day with us!

Yes! We will have a 12 passenger shuttle transporting guests who are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and Holiday Inn. Please be ready to leave in the hotel lobby by the scheduled pick up time. 4pm - First shuttle pick up at Hilton Garden Inn & Holiday Inn (arrive at Emerson Park Pavilion at ~4:20pm) 4:30pm - Second shuttle pick up at Hilton Garden Inn & Holiday Inn (arrive at Emerson Park Pavilion at ~4:50pm) The shuttle will begin transporting guests back to their hotel at 9:30pm and will run about every 20-30 minutes. Uber and Lyft are also available!

Plus ones will be indicated on your formal invitation.

We politely ask for semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Our ceremony will take place outside of the venue followed by cocktail hour and the reception both of which will be inside.
