The ceremony will be outdoors. Cocktail hour will be partly on the balcony and partly indoors near the bar. The reception will be held indoors.

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Stone Ridge Golf Club in Bowling Green, OH.

Please arrive 20 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow time for parking, check-in, and finding your seat so the processional can begin promptly. If you need extra time or accessibility accommodations, please contact Olivia or Colin and we’ll make arrangements.

We are having an unplugged ceremony - we want everyone to be present with us and our photographers to capture the best moments. But feel free to snap pictures throughout the rest of the night! We’re having an unplugged ceremony so we can all be fully present and our photographers can capture the moment—please turn off phones and cameras for the ceremony. Feel free to take photos and share them during cocktail hour and the reception.

Yes — there are several nearby hotels in Bowling Green, OH. We have a room block at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott; please book soon, as rooms fill up around events and university weekends. If you plan to reserve a room, please contact Olivia to check whether more rooms can be added to the block.

Yes — we’ll have a full open bar with beer, wine, and cocktails available throughout the evening. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided.

We love kids, but to keep the ceremony and reception size manageable, we can only accommodate children who were specifically invited. If a child’s name is not on your invitation, please plan for childcare accordingly.
