Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place indoors in an air-conditioned venue. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors in an air-conditioned venue with and outdoor patio available for enjoyment as well.
How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
The ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue (420 Main Street, Sturbridge, MA 01566) and is accessible via route 20 in Sturbridge. No shuttle/transportation will be provided.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue.
Can I bring my children?
Due to space constraints and safety restrictions, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding.
What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
We'll be providing light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a two-course plated dinner and dessert.
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?
Guests who are gluten-free or have other dietary restrictions should indicate any on the space provided on the RSVP card.
Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
No, but Sturbridge offers a variety of hotels to chose from which we have convenienlty linked in the travel section of our website.
