There are two hotels with Friday and Saturday reservation blocks for guests. Giving all guests the option to use the block for both nights if you plan to come join our welcome party the night before. The shuttle will be picking up and dropping off at the Holiday Inn Express. All blocks are first come first serve. More details and links located in "Travel" section.
Is there parking available at the venue
Yes! There will be plenty of parking for all guests that choose to drive and the venue does allow cars to stay overnight (you will be able to pick them up as early as when staff arrives Sunday at 10am).
Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotels?
We will have a shuttle running before and after the wedding at set times to and from the Holiday Inn Express. You do not have to stay at this hotel in order to use the service. However, this will be the only stop for the shuttle. Please let us know if you are interested in using the shuttle when you RSVP.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors while the reception will be held indoors.
What should I wear?
Our wedding will be a formal affair. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit, while ladies can opt for a floor-length or formal cocktail dress. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
What is the wedding party wearing?
Our bridesmaids will be in black!
Can I bring a date and what about kids?
We can only accommodate those listed on the invitation. If you have received an invite for your plus one their name will be listed when you RSVP. Although we love children we ask that this be an adults only event.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony
Our ceremony will be unplugged! We will have a professional photographer and videographer who will be taking photos throughout the night. We will be happy to share them!
