We have requested a cocktail attire for our wedding day. This means no jeans, t-shirts, or hats. Please keep in mind the ceremony will take place on grass. If you have any questions, please let us know!

One of the best things about having our special day at The Morton Arboretum is that our wedding guests get free access to the Arboretum on the wedding day! Please mention our names when you get to the entry booth. Besides touring the beautiful Arboretum grounds, there are several other surrounding forest perseveres, local indoor/outdoor malls, and historic downtown areas within a 20 minute drive of the Arboretum. Unless addressed specifically on the invitation, we politely request no children on the wedding day. This will give our guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy themselves on our big day!

Yes! We will provide transportation from the hotels listed on our "Travel + Hotels" page. This will include transportation to the venue and back to the hotels.

We do not have a single preferred hotel. While we have designated blocked rooms as seen on the "Travel + Hotels" page, there are several other hotels within close proximity of the venue that you are more than welcome to stay at. However, keep in mind there will not be transportation from the hotels we have not blocked for the wedding date.

Yes! There is ample parking for wedding guests. In the case you are not able to safely drive yourself home, you may leave your car in the lot to pick up the next morning.

Unfortunately, our precious fur babies will not be able to attend our day in person. Zoey, Thor, and Loki will be with us in spirit and possibly make appearances in other ways throughout the night :)
