Unless indicated on your invitation we will not be able to accommodate extra plus ones.

As much as we love kids, unfortunately, our venue is unsuitable for children under 16. Unless otherwise stated on your invitation, we cannot accommodate children. We hope this will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!

The Henry Clay, where the wedding reception is taking place is attached to the Hilton Garden Inn. The Cathedral of Assumption, where the ceremony is taking place, is an approx. five minute drive and seven minute walk from The Hilton Garden Inn. There will be NO shuttles to and from the venue, hotel or church.

The Henry Clay has parking reserved for guests. Riverside Authority (surface lots near the 3rd Street entrance) will be reserved for the event starting at 10am. The Cathedral of Assumption is street parking or there is a parking garage next door to the venue.

Semi-formal or black-tie optional

Yes! Our hotel room block is at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Louisville. To get the block please call the hotel and ask for the Hardin/Wagner wedding block.
