All guest are to wear either Black, Gold, Champagne or Red.

If anything changes how will I know?
You will receive notifications from us via text and or email for important changes.
For minor changes the website will be updated as needed, so be sure to read the Q&A section as additions and subtractions will primarily be in this area.
Do I have to stay at the resort?
If 80% of the guest do not stay at the resort, the wedding will be CANCELED, so yes it is HIGHLY REQUESTED/RECOMMENDED to stay at the resort. Lastly, you may not be able to receive the discounted group rate.
Should you choose not to stay at the hotel, you will be responsible for your day pass to come to the resort which is an additional $75 per person due to the bride and groom no later than 3 months prior to the wedding.

2. There is a $200 deposit due to hold your booking, which will go towards the total balance due.
3. You can finish paying your booking off, however often and soon as you want to; BUT the full amount must be paid No Later Than 30 days prior to trip.
• There are multiple ways to pay- when you give the representative your discount code, they will advise you how and will send an email to confirm all details, including payment information.
4. Insurance is optional, but PLEASE note- it covers you for any reason should you need to cancel. You may receive a full refund minus the cost of the insurance.
• If you opt to not get insurance and cancel , there will NOT be a full refund (depending on when you cancel, see details on confirmation paperwork).
• If you get insurance you have two options:
1) to receive your money back for cancellation via Vacation Voucher (the insurance price will be cheaper for this option).
2) to receive your money back for cancellation via original form of payment (the insurance price will be higher).
5. For the discounted rate you must stay a minimum of 3 nights.
Friends and family will save per booking:
$25 off vacations of $699-$999
$50 off vacations of $1,000-$2,499
$100 off vacations of $2,500-$4,999
$225 off vacations of $5,000 or more
If you want to share a room with someone, it may be more cost effective to book under the same reservation.
If you create a Delta Skymiles account you can obtain points for the trip that you can use on your next trip anywhere. When you book, make sure you inform them of your Skymiles account number so it can be applied.
How much would everything cost without using the suggested group plan and travel arrangements?
1) Flight alone would cost approximately $800-1200
2) Transportation to and from the Cancun airport to the resort would be approximately $200+ round trip
3) Hotel/Resort would cost starting at $1700 double occupancy (pp) & $1300 single occupancy

Can I bring a plus one?
No, unless the Bride and Groom has explicitly advised you that you can, you can NOT.
The exception to that rule is :
-If you pay $150 (guest staying on site) $225 (guest staying off site) per guest fee for your plus 1 to the bride and groom at a minimum of 4 months prior to wedding day.
-You still must pay the +1's per person all inclusive fee (Flight, Hotel, Transportation. ( If you try to sneak someone in, you personally will be charged for that person, plus any additional fees the resort charges you.
Send via Zelle or Paypal to protect the money when being sent. Ask the Bride or Groom for account info.
Cancun isn't safe right now (April 2023) will it be next year?
Though we can not predict the future, we pray that everything will calm down within the next year. We have taken precautionary steps to select a resort that is away from the typical Cancun vacationer Hotel Zone (where some crime has taken place). The location is on an island by itself, in a community where only patrons are allowed to be onsite. Due to this safety measure- it takes approximately 60-90 mins to get there.
Can I bring my child(ren)?
No, the resort is an Adult Only All-Inclusive (18+years of age)
Can one person pay all the fees and I just stay in the room with them?
No, the resort charges per person regardless if sharing a room or not.
What are the room differences?
Suites are general rooms with various views and unlimited bottom shelf liquor.
Preferred Club Suites- Come with better views and rooms, personal Concierge 24/7, unlimited Top Shelf liquor.

Can I stay longer than 4 days & 3 nights?
Yes, stay as long as you like, because of our guests work schedules; we figured 4 days was a nice average amount of days for people and it gets you the group rate discount.
You may extend your time just let us know, so we can get proper pricing for you with the group rate discount.
Even if you extend your time, please do not take it personal, but after the wedding we will be beginning our honeymoon and NEED personal JUST US time. So please enjoy your leisure time and make the most of your vacation experience.

Do I have to share a room?
No, the resort charges per person so if you do or do not want to share a room with someone you will make the request during booking.
What about wedding gifts?
It is highly requested that all wedding gifts, be sent to our home address to avoid extra weight in our luggage.
Monetary gifts are highly requested no matter the denomination. Otherwise you may elect to choose your own gift and or use the gift registry website (to be provided at a later time, check back for more).
Am I invited to the Rehearsal Dinner?
No, only the wedding party may attend.
How will I know where to go once I arrive at the Cancun airport (CUN)?
We ourselves are not experts with this airport, but there is staff at the airport who can advise you where to go for transportation pickup etc... In addition, there will be someone with a sign(s) with your name or our names on it, so that you get in the correct vehicle. Have your ID readily available, so they may verify it is you.
How long are US Passport processing times?

Will you need help setting up for the wedding?
There is a chance that my two personal decorators (Yami & Chemar) may need assistance, should you want to help reach out to the POC to see if they need help.
The wedding coordinator and staff will not need assistance.
Is there a guest limit?
Yes, for the selected venues there is a maximum. We have reached our limit , so please do not invite any additional guest (they will be turned away at the door to each event)

Can we take pictures/video of the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception?
You may BUT we respectively ask that:
1) You do not post or share any pictures on social media UNTIL, we ourselves have done so and explicitly given the go ahead (Allow us to have our moment and share it first).
2) Do not cause disruption in doing so (stay in your seat).
There will be a professional photographer, videographer and opportunity to take pictures to show you attended the wedding, therefore they will certainly capture a lot of moments, so that YOU yourself may stay in the moment.
-We will be on a time schedule with the photographer, so please wait until we make the announcement for pictures with the Bride, Groom and Wedding party vs bombarding us to take photos.
Why middle of the week for wedding?
Booking during the middle of the week provides everyone the best rates on travel, as weekend travel may increase travel starting at approximately $300+ more, in addition- there will be less people vacationing during the week, which gives us more family and friend time without interruption.
Do I have to get a COVID test to return to the US?
No, it is not required to return to the US.
Will we participate in excursions?
Sure, if the collective is willing and wanting to. We can all book via Viator.com or at the Resort and individually pay or pay for a group rate experience (outside of what is charged for all-inclusive).
Will the event start on time?
Yes, doors will open at 5:00pm the doors will close at 5:25pm and wedding will start promptly at 5:30pm.
