Should something occur and you can no longer attend- let the POC (point of contact) know early on, so arrangements can be made properly. Do not feel bad for it, life happens and we understand, but we need to know ahead of time 4 months highly preferred, 1-3months acceptable.

It is HIGHLY recommended that when looking for travel plans you utilize a private browser (incognito) on your phone, tablet and or computer; reason being- the prices will significantly increase due to people looking to travel to same place at the same time.

2. There is a $200 deposit due to hold your booking and room and it will go towards the total balance due. (The total amount for trip will be shared later this month when we can actually book {331 days prior to travel date} due around 5/20-6/1/2023).

3. You can finish paying your booking off, however often and soon as you want to; BUT the full amount must be paid 30 days

prior to trip.

• There are multiple ways to pay- when you give the representative your discount code, they will advise you how and will send an email to confirm all details, including payment information.

4. Insurance is optional, but PLEASE note- it covers your for any reason if you need to cancel, so that you may receive a full refund minus the cost of the insurance.

• If you opt to not get insurance and cancel , there will NOT be a full refund (depending on when you cancel, see details on confirmation paperwork).

• If you get insurance you have two options:

1) to receive your money back for cancellation via Vacation Voucher (the insurance price will be cheaper for this option).

2) to receive your money back for cancellation via original form of payment (the insurance price will be higher).

5. For the discounted rate you must stay 3 nights. Friends and family will save per booking:

$25 off vacations of $699-$999

$50 off vacations of $1,000-$2,499

$100 off vacations of $2,500-$4,999

$225 off vacations of $5,000 or more

If you want to share a room with someone, it will be more cost effective to book under the same reservation.

If you opt to book your own travel individually, please let the Bride and Groom know ASAP as this may effect the rate for the rest of the group.

Please note there is an option to make installment payments or you can pay it in full. The representative will work that out with you and let you know of due dates. The price will be the same regardless of when you pay. Only fees paid to bride and groom is for +1.

The price you pay is all inclusive, it covers:

1. All meals

2. All alcoholic beverages

3. Room service

- excluding those listed as extra charge on room menu

4. Flight to and from Mexico

5. Transportation to and from Airport to Hotel

-The day before, of and 2 days after the wedding.

2) Do not cause disruption in doing so (stay in your seat). There will be a professional photographer, videographer and opportunity to take pictures to show you attended the wedding, therefore they will certainly capture a lot of moments so that YOU yourself may stay in the moment. -We will be on a time schedule with the photographer, so please wait until we make the announcement for pictures with the Bride, Groom and Wedding party vs bombarding us to take photos.
