Is there anything to do/places to eat close to Centennial Plaza?
Yes! I’ve listed a few options for you under the “Things to Do” tab above. If you’d like some other recommendations, just let me know!
I don’t mind driving up to 30 minutes. Are there any places to checkout nearby?
Absolutely! Biloxi, Ocean Springs and Bay St. Louis are each within 30 minutes of driving distance from Centennial Plaza. Biloxi will be the closest. It has many casino options along Highway 90 and a cute downtown area with shops and resturants. I recommend walking Howard Avenue. My friend (and bridesmaid), Rachel, owns a boutique named "The Cornerstone", which I highly recommend! A little further east (across the bridge) is Ocean Springs. It is an adorable and modern southern town with lots of shopping, restaurants and bars. You can easily spend an entire day in Ocean Springs. You’ll want to stroll down Washington Avenue and Government Street. The other town I recommend is in the opposite direction. About a 30 minute drive west of Centennial Plaza, is the old town of Bay St. Louis. It has more of a vintage charm and is a bit more low-key than Biloxi and Ocean Springs. However, Bay St. Louis has no shortage of bars, restaurants and shopping! You’ll want to start out downtown on S Beach Boulevard and go from there!
Aside from Centennial Plaza, is there anywhere else to stay nearby?
We have blocked rooms (at a discounted rate) only at Centennial Plaza. However, if you would prefer to stay elsewhere, you are certainly welcome to do so. There are many options along the Coast, both in Gulfport and Biloxi. If you would like my help finding a hotel, etc., please call or text me!
