FAQ

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m., although we highly encourage guests arrive at 4:00 p.m. We will be offering a shuttle for guests staying at Trout House Village Resort, Brookwood RV Resort, and the Best Western Plus. The bus will pick up guests from Trout House at 3:00 pm, Brookwood RV Resort at 3:15 pm, and the Best Western Plus at 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm. Buses will depart from the reception for all 3 hotels at 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! We will be offering a shuttle from the Best Western Plus and Trout House Village Resort, however for guests who will be driving themselves, there is plenty of parking at the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, we have finalized our guest list and cannot accommodate additional plus ones. If a plus one has been extended to you, it will be indicated on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring my kids?

We love your children, however we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only evening. We hope you understand and use this as an opportunity to enjoy a night out with friends and family.

What is the dress code?

We ask that guests wear "cocktail attire" for our special day. Dresses and a suit/tie are recommended! Please no jeans or casual attire.

Will it be outdoors?

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, there is a covered pavilion for these portions of the day. The reception will take place inside the main barn. The average daytime temperature at this time of year is in the mid-70s, and it drops to the mid-50s at night so we recommend checking the weather forecast as it gets closer and bringing an extra layer, just in case!

What's for dinner?

We will be serving light refreshments during cocktail hour, followed by a BBQ buffet dinner. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies that we should be aware of, please let us know when you RSVP.

Can I take pictures?

We ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’ve asked a professional photographer to capture this special moment so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us. Our beautiful images will be available after the wedding. Once the ceremony is complete, we encourage guests to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception, and share them with us so we can see the day from your point of view!

I have another question - how can I reach you?

If you have any questions about our wedding that we didn't answer here, please send us a message at olscampjonas0605@gmail.com so we can help!
