Kindly RSVP by or before September 1st. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline- you will be missed!
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest ". For families it will list " (your name) & and Family' or "The (your last name ) Family". When you go to RSVP you should be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Are kids welcome?
Although we love your kids, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to all children of all ages including infants, toddlers, and teens. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we were able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this an an opportunity to have a date night, let your hair down, and party with us!
Is there a dress code?
Yes! The dress code is Black Tie/ Formal attire. We recommend suit and tie & floor length dresses. No jeans please! If you are still unsure of what to wear, do a quick google search and look at some options. Also, prepare for cooler weather, especially after sunset.
How does the seating work?
The ceremony will be open seating to sit wherever you please, except the first two rows which will be reserved for family. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).
What do I do if I'm late for the ceremony?
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00pm, we recommend guests arrive between 4:30-4:45 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. Our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding!
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is complementary guest parking. Signs will be posted at the entrance of the venue and will direct you to the appropriate lot.
