Paige moved to Christmas Valley at 12, enting North lake school in the 7th grade. The first Waldron she actually met was Chad, who to this day remains the Agriculture teacher and FFA advisor to North lake school. He was scary, and intimidating to her, just like everything else about moving across the country and starting a new school. As her first few days turned into the first few months, Paige started noticing the rest of the Waldrons at school.

She noticed Raven, the outgoing and talented upperclassmen she looked up to and eventually took over for as FFA secretary.

She noticed Janet, the Office admin who always knew what was going on, even if Paige had no idea what she was doing, she was also important.

Paige's brother was in the same class as Levi, the (at the time) shy and small kid who had seriously intrigued her brother.

Finally, Paige noticed Wyatt. Paige Quietly admired his talent for the guitar, piano and singing in music/choir classes. (Paige cannot hold a tune to save her life) She admired his athleticism in football, wrestling and baseball. She admired the way he seemed to be friends with everyone.

Eventually, Wyatt finally noticed Paige, and they became fast friends. Wyatt immediately showed off by trying to teach Paige how to read binary code (yes, the 10010011 computer language) over text. They spent all of high school being friends. Some notable interactions:

Wyatt had just come off of an overnight shift and was nodding of in his car when he asked Paige to drive his car home and hang out with him. Paige's Mom drove her to The Barn Wyatt had parked under, and she drove him back to his house while he slept.

Another time, Wyatt took Paige to an abandoned park in Christmas Valley, where they sat on the almost broken swings and talked about life, love, and being young, under the stars.

On FFA trips, Wyatt would sometimes carry Paige back to their hotel after a long day in FFA dress and heels. They went to Dances, they set up events, they went to Bend to watch movies. All the time Paige had the biggest crush on Wyatt, but was content to be his friend.

After Wyatt graduated in 2016, he went off to start his adult life. Paige often got inundated with his messages and funny pictures he would send her. For two years the couple could never be in the right place at the right time. They chatted, stayed close, and Wyatt even helped Paige out with her college boy problems. Around that time, Wyatt realized he didn't want to hear about Paige's Boy problems, he wanted to be her boy problem - I mean Boyfriend. So, summer of 2019, Wyatt invited Paige to an event created by his older sister and their Group of friends, Winter solstice.

On December 17th of 2019, the couple found their way back together. Paige was in town to meet up with Wyatt so they could travel to the event together. The cool night did nothing to stop Paige from running out of her car and embracing Wyatt as soon as she saw him. They were both adults now, and being with Wyatt again made Paige feel like she had finally come home.

Over the course of the trip, Wyatt officially asked Paige to be his girlfriend. She of course said yes, even though Wyatt was living in Utah, and Paige was still finishing her classes in Oregon. They made it work at first, calling and texting, but their busy schedules and the time difference made it difficult. Paige decided to fly to utah to see Wyatt, on March 3rd of 2020.

Two weeks later, when Paige was scheduled to fly back to Klamath Falls she got word her work was closing for covid, her brother and roomate needed to move because of this, and Paige came back to an empty apartment, Save for her little ball of fluff, Maisie. For three weeks Paige was alone, with no work or school, and no roomates to keep her company, except for Wyatt, through her phone.

Eventually Paige and her housemates came to the decision to move out. Their roommate went his own way, and Paige and Logan moved home for a while. By this time it was mid-April, and thing were changing for Wyatt as well. He found a much better living situation with his close friend Eli. Paige was invited to move in with them, and she took the chance.

Paige knew she couldn't stay home long, she only needed one class to finish her degree, but she knew she could take the class remotely now, due to Covid. On May 1st 2020, Paige had her 2001 Ford Taurus packed to the brim with anything and everything she wanted to have with her, and she made the 650 miles, 10 hour drive all by herself. She didn't even have Masie at the time, as she had snuck out and gone missing.

Wyatt showed her their new home and she finally met their new roomate, Eli. For the first few weeks everything started to settle in. She was transferred at her job so she could still work in her new town.

Since then, the couple has moved twice, gotten Maisie back, Gotten their own dog together, Paige finished her degree, and while not working in a field related to her degree, she gets to work at an amazing company that supports her growth.

Wyatt has grown into the kindest and most caring person out of his love for Paige. He goes out of his way to make her feel loved and appreciated, constantly showing his affection to her.

Wyatt proposed to Paige on December 17th, 2022 at their anniversary celebration during dinner. She immediately said yes, and now we are preparing to celebrate the Marriage.

We as a couple feel extremely lucky to have been able to grow up so much together, and that our relationship has only grown as well. We know that we have not been together romantically for 12 years, but we were such a huge part of each other's growth as teens and young adults. We just wanted to highlight that our relationship is so much more than the romantic adult relationship we've had for the last 4 years, it's the text messages and funny memes we sent when we were 15, it's the support we gave each other when we have each gone through the hardest times of our lives, it's the mutual respect created from leadership roles. Our relationship means the world to both of us, and we are both so happy and excited to celebrate and honor each other with our Wedding.
