DISCLAIMER: Room block rates are only guaranteed until 6/2/2024. Please book your stay prior to this date. If you are unable to book your stay prior to this date, please reach out to us. Hotel is an all-inclusive and our room rates include the all-inclusive package already.

Step 2: The reservations team will handle your booking and send a confirmation email once it is set up.

Important things to keep in mind prior to booking

1. The room block rate dates are available from 12/2-12/6. We do not expect our guests to stay for this whole week. You can come and go around the dates that work best for your own schedules. The only dates we ask our guests to commit to are 12/3 for the welcome/rehearsal party and 12/4 for the wedding ceremony/reception itself. Please refer to the home tab to view the exact times of each event.

2. In order to qualify and take advantage of our negotiated room rates, you have to commit to staying a minimum of 3 nights at the hotel. If you cannot stay for 3 nights, you can book your stay directly through the hotel site here.

3. For anyone looking to share rooms, the limit per room of guests is 3 people upon request and per hotel availability.

**** For triple room occupancy, the first 2 people pay the double room standard price ($585), and 3rd person pays an extra person rate of ($197).
