We are so excited to celebrate with you! Below is a timeline of what to expect for the weekend and some helpful notes for each event.

If you’re arriving in Italy early, we’d love for you to join us for a special cooking class with Montese Cooking Experience in the stunning hillside town of San Gimignano, nestled in the heart of Tuscany. We took this class with Mauro back in 2023, and it was truly one of the most unforgettable moments of our trip. Now, we’re thrilled to share it with all of you!

The class begins at 10:30 AM, so if you're staying in Florence, we’ll plan to depart between 9:00 and 9:30 AM. Expect a day filled with delicious food, laughter, and breathtaking views—a perfect way to kick off the celebrations!

Attire: Casual Tuscan Chic

Dress comfortably, think casual elegance with a touch of Tuscan charm! Comfortable shoes are encouraged, as we’ll be on our feet during the class.

Women: Light and breezy sundresses or cute shorts paired with stylish tops.

Men: Khakis or linen shorts with polos or button-down shirts.

We’re starting the Cortona celebrations with a pizza night at Villa Montanare! Our skilled pizzaiolo will be using the villa’s historic brick oven to craft fresh pizzas right in front of you. It’s sure to be a night filled with delicious food, great company, and plenty of laughs under the Tuscan sky.

For guests staying in Cortona, transportation options will be provided to ensure everyone can join the fun.

Attire: All-White Party

To make the evening even more special, we’re inviting everyone to wear white!

Women: Think chic and airy white sundresses or maxi dresses.

Men: Light linen or khaki pants paired with a white button-down or linen shirt (ties optional).

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM at Villa Montanare, but we recommend arriving by 5:00 PM to find your seat and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

After the ceremony, join us for a delightful cocktail hour (aperitivo) where you can sip, savor, and soak in the magic of Tuscany. The full reception and dinner will follow around 7:30 PM!

For guests staying in Cortona, we will provide transportation options to ensure everyone arrives and returns home with ease.

Attire: Formal / Optional Black Tie

This is your chance to have fun with fashion and embrace the romance of the Tuscan setting!

Women: Bring out your most elegant or statement-worthy dress—something you wouldn’t typically wear to a traditional wedding.

Men: Suits are encouraged, and feel free to elevate the look with a touch of flair, like a bow tie or pocket square.
