As much as we love and adore all of the young children in our lives, we ask that this be an adult only event.

Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate any additional unplanned guests. Your invitation will be made out to “(Your name) and guest” if a plus one has been provided to you. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Please RSVP as soon as possible on this same website in the “RSVP” section. We will be sending out formal invitations, but all of the RSVP’s will be collected digitally. You are able to RSVP for all members of your group together, but each individual will need their own RSVP, to ensure a correct head count.

Yes! We would love for our guests to dress up for the occasion! We are asking that our guests dress in Semi Formal/Cocktail attire! For men this could be a jacket, tie, or traditional suit. For women, this could include a short or long dress or dress pants. We would love for you wear what ever makes you feel your best, but please avoid wearing jeans and sneakers, in addition to colors reserved for the bride.

We only have a room block at the hotel listed in the “Travel/Accommodations” section. The hotel with our room block is the Gettysburg Hotel. Please just ask for the Bowman/Weiss hotel block or click the link provided. There are only a limited number of rooms available in this room block, so please be sure to book as early as possible to ensure you are able to reserve a room.

There will be a charter bus that will pick up guests who are needing transportation back to the Gettysburg Hotel in downtown Gettysburg at the end of the night,after the reception. The bus will be taking two trips. This bus will only be shuttling guests after the reception— there is not any provided initial transportation to the ceremony and reception. Cars are able to be left over night at the venue, but will need to be picked up from the venue by 9:00am the following morning. Ubers are limited.

Yes! There is parking at the Links at Gettysburg! We do need to be mindful of the other guests at the golf course the following morning, so we are asking that anyone who leaves their car over night please gets their car from the lot by 9:00am the next morning.

Yes! Both the wedding ceremony and the reception are at the same venue! The entire wedding will take place at The Links at Gettysburg, in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
