Our proposal was a very special day. In July of 2015, Rich planned a day in NYC. This is a common way we spend the day. Rich led Tricia through midtown Manhattan ostensibly to visit a bookstore. On W. 55th St. Rich suddenly got down on one knee and asked Tricia to marry him. Rich put a sea glass ring on Tricia's finger, this a favorite of Tricia's. The location was City Center, the place where Rich's parents had met in 1959. This had great sentimental value to Rich and now to both of us. We were also lucky that we could share the good news after the proposal not only with those here but with Rich's mom, who died in October of 2015.
