The wedding is formal attire.

Depending on the weather, The ceremony will be outside during sunset. Following the ceremony, the cocktail hour will be half indoors and half outdoors, where there will be a fire to keep warm. The reception will be inside. There is also a tent in the case of inclement weather.

Yes! Our RSVPs will provide an area to respond with any dietary requirements. Bishop Farmstead takes allergies, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and all requirements very seriously and promises to assure the safety of all guests.

There is a strict no smoking and open flames policy inside any of the buildings or property. We kindly ask you to respect this policy at all times.

Yes! All non-US visitors will require to apply for an ESTA [tourist visa] in order to enter the US for the wedding.

All drinks will be covered at the cocktail hour & reception at the wedding. With that being said, it is typically standard practice in American weddings for guests to bring cash (USD) to hand bartenders (not every round) but we would recommend bringing $5-$20 USD in $1 and $5 notes for the evening as a courtesy to the work staff. As a guide, you typically tip $1 for a beer and $2-3 for a cocktail. Outside of the wedding, 20% tip is standard for eating out, and 15% at the bar. Do not feel inclined to tip when ordering a take away coffee.

Yes there will be parking available at the wedding venue for those driving in.

In late September, we typically see a Warm autumn weather. We would anticipate a 60*- 74* Fahrenheit (15*-23* Celsius) during the later afternoon with a slight breeze after sun down. It will probably be warm during the day but get chilly at night, keep your eye on the local weather leading closer to the event.

Please note that your invite is addressed to who will be invited to the celebrations. While we love so many people and kids in our life, we have made very conscious and hard decisions on our invite list. Your RSVP will allow you to make the hold for the number of people we send the invite to (I.e If we send to Patrick Fullerton, he will be able to respond back (1) whereas if we invite Patrick Fullerton & Jakub Krajewski, he will be able to respond (2)).
