The duration of your stay is entirely up to you! Treat it as a vacation, or a quick weekend trip! We have a block of rooms discounted at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort. Rooms are blocked out from Wednesday June 19th, through Monday June 24th. We do have activities planned, including a Welcome Dinner on the 19th, Patrick's Batchelor party Thursday 20th (deep sea fishing (optional) & brewery hopping,) Bridal party rehearsal at Sand Key beach and dinner to follow - Friday 21st.

In the travel section of this website, there is a direct contact number for an affordable shuttle to and from the airport you may book. Other options include an uber for the duration of your stay, or renting a car. *Note- Clearwater is small enough to be able to shuttle or uber anywhere close to where were staying. The Trolly is also available, and makes many stops! (free of charge if you are staying at the Sheraton with us, and show them your room key) * Tampa to our hotel at Sheraton Sand Key Resort is a 38 min drive. Plan ahead!

While I can't predict the exact forecast for our special day, I can say typically the high is 83-93* and the low is 73-77* with rain always being a possibility!! An umbrella isnt a bad idea. Its Florida, always a tropical storm brewing somewhere!

Semi-formal beach attire. May follow our colors if you want, which are Bright Blue (Royal Blue) Bright Orange, and Bright Pink! (Tropical theme) Examples - Women - This calls for short or tea length dresses, which are great because they won’t drag in the sand, plus they transition beautifully to the reception. (You can wear a long one if that is what you choose) Also, trade stilettos for sandals or flip flops, (or crocs hehe!) Stilettos in the sand? Not a great idea! Men - button-down shirt with short or three-quarter sleeves and nice khaki or dark blue, (any color really) shorts is appropriate semi formal beach wedding attire for male guests. Remember this is prime summer time! We dont expect our guests in full suites!

We invite you to be truly present with us during our nuptials with an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony conclusion! We have a professional photographer capturing our precious moments.

Whatever you are wearing to the wedding, will be for the reception also most likely we wont have time to change! After the wedding , whoever is staying at the hotel will meet in the front lobby at 6 pm for our ride to the reception. (We have transportation covered if you are staying at the Sheraton) We all have to be on the Dock to board the Cruise at 630pm sharp, to set sail at 7!

Both! While we will be dining inside for dinner, there is also outside tables on the boat for afterwards. Drinks, music, etc.

ABOARD THE CALYPSO QUEEN Enjoy dancing, tropical drinks and more. Our tropical themed cruise offers an optional, delicious Tropical Island Style Dinner Buffet including mango glazed chicken, beef teriyaki and chilled steamed shrimp. The Cruise Director/DJ provides music for dancing and fun interactive entertainment. *Complimentary Beer, Wine, Rum Punch and Soft Drinks for those with cruise & buffet tickets! (Tickets already paid for by Bride and Groom!)

There is complimentary beer, wine and rum punch served aboard the cruise. However, there is also a full bar, for other drinks to be purchased at your discretion. (Id suggest bringing some cash!)

Due to limited space we are unable to accommodate anyone who was NOT accounted for on the RSVP at our wedding and reception. If you accounted for children, or a plus 1 in the RSVP to Tiffany, by NO later then May 15th, 2024, then yes they are welcome!

We kindly request no gifts for our wedding. Your journey to celebrate with us is enough of a gift. Making memories in this beautiful destination together is more than we could ask for! However, if you insist on a "gift" we have created a Honeymoon Registry, to help us get to tour Europe!

In the event of a hurricane, (yes its Florida and yes they happen) or any other emergency cancelations or general changes, we will contact you by phone immediately! (Travel Insurance isn't a bad idea!)
