Please know & make your guests aware the group rate cut-off date is May 19th, 2024. After that date, the rate & guestrooms will be based on availability.

Please have your guests call the hotel directly and ask for “in-house reservations” to book their rooms at 727-593-6060. Your guests can call in to make their room reservations under the name “Tirillo and Ullmann Wedding” or by giving the group code: TIR. If the in-house reservations managers are on the other line or if it is nights/weekends outside of normal business hours, your guests will get transferred to central reservations which is an off property call center. If they have any questions, please have them email our on property reservations managers directly at Group.Reservations@sheratonsandkey.com.

If they want to book any pre/post dates outside of the block or have any specific room type requests they would need to call in to do so, they will not be able to do that via the reservation link.

The rate for the rooms are $262 per night. They do not charge a resort fee, or parking, etc. That is for everything included, Wi-Fi, pool, beach front, fire pit, beach games, trolly around town, etc. After the 13% tax, the room per night would be $296.06.

Note - I have 15 rooms reserved from 19th-24th, however when you make your reservation, you don't HAVE to stay the whole time! Please rsvp to me asap so I can pre hold more rooms if needed!

We would prefer our guests to not bring gifts, your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all - but if you insist on giving a gift, we would be grateful for contributions towards our honeymoon fund! We plan to tour Europe for 3 weeks!! (Eventually lol)
