The requirement for hosting weddings at Xcaret Hotels is that guests must stay for a minimum of three nights: December 16, 2025, December 17, 2025, and December 18, 2025.

There is a 3-night minimum for this room block but you have the option to arrive early or stay later. You can select your dates when you book the room with our discounted code on Xcaret website.
The room rate includes the cost of your stay at the resort; food; drinks; transportation to/from the Cancún airport; admission to all 6 nature, water, and amusement parks; activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, and yoga classes; taxes; and tipping for staff. The only things not included in the price of your room are airfare, spa services, and souvenirs from gift shops.
Your reservation includes complimentary shuttle service provided by Hotel Xcaret, offering transportation between Cancun (CUN) Airport and the hotel, as well as the return trip to the airport.
Important: The shuttle service will not transport guests to the resort or allow check-in before 9:00 AM on your arrival day.
Shuttle operations run every 30 minutes from 5:45 AM to 9:00 PM and then every hour from 9:45 PM to 5:45 AM.
For Arrivals
After clearing customs and picking up your luggage, head outside the airport to find the resort’s transportation team. They will be holding a sign that reads “Hoteles Xcaret.”
Make sure to bypass any representatives inside the airport who may try to grab your attention. These individuals are often selling timeshares and, while they might represent your hotel, they are not affiliated with your transportation service.
For Departures
Visit the Concierge desk at least one day before your departure to arrange your transfer back to the airport. If you need assistance, you can contact customer service at +011 52 (984) 159-1600.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Hotel Xcaret’s complimentary shuttle service is exclusively available between Cancun (CUN) Airport and Hotel Xcaret. It does not provide transportation to or from any other locations.
- The shuttle will only pick up and drop off at Hotel Xcaret Mexico/Arte and Cancun Airport. Other locations are not serviced.
- Transportation is only available on your official check-in and check-out dates. If you arrive before your check-in date or leave after your check-out date, you will need to arrange your own transportation to and from your destinations, including Hotel Xcaret.
If you plan to travel anywhere other than Cancun Airport on your official departure day, you will need to arrange your own transportation. While check-out time is at 12 PM, you are welcome to remain at the resort and enjoy its facilities (excluding the parks) until 6 PM. Hotel Xcaret also provides luggage storage for your convenience until your departure. Any requests for late check-out must be made directly with the resort upon your arrival.
Please note that once you leave the resort on your departure date, you will no longer have access to return or use the shuttle service to Cancun Airport on a later date. If you require transportation assistance while on-site, the Guest Services Desk will be happy to help.
