Cancun International Airport (Airport Code : CUN). It is located approximately 69 miles away from DREAMS TULUM RESORT & SPA -All Inclusive
A new airport has opened in Tulum (TQO) and may have flights from your gateway city available for your stay dates. If you choose to fly into Tulum airport, shared airport transfers are NOT currently available only private transfer service for up to 6 passengers in the vehicle arriving and departing on the same flights. Please select no airport transfers needed if you think you will be flying into Tulum TQO until we can determine the best airport transfer options for you. Otherwise, the shared non-stop transfers from/to the Cancun aiport (CUN) are included in your room rates provided on the travel tab.

DOES MY ROOM BOOKING REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT AT TIME OF BOOKING?
If you do not want to pay for your room in full now, you can book your room using our reservation link with just a $200 Per Person deposit and the final balance will be drafted from your account on July 15, 2024.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes, all guests traveling to Cancun, MX will require a passport. If you do not have one at this time, it is recommended to obtain one as early as possible. If you do have one, PLEASE check the expiration date NOW.

WHEN SHOULD GUESTS START TO ARRIVE IN CANCUN AND WHEN SHOULD THEY DEPART BACK HOME?
We are hoping our guests can meet us in Tulum on November 20, 2024. As far as departure and returning home, we ask that our guests stay a minimum of 3 nights for our included group amenities arranged for our celebration.
DO ALL GUESTS HAVE TO STAY AT DREAMS TULUM RESORT & SPA?
Yes, we recommend that all of our guests stay at the resort we have selected for our celebration! If you are unable to stay at the resort for some reason, please note that a wedding event pass will be required for entry to the resort and will only allow you entry to the resort and our celebration from 1 hour before to one hour after and requires a purchasing fee. Event passes are not guaranteed and are based upon current occupancy at the resort during the day of our celebration. Please reach out to Lana if further information is needed.
CAN I BOOK MY ROOM DIRECTLY OR THROUGH A THIRD PARTY?
No, we ask that all guests book through our Room Block Reservation Link provided on our site. We have secured with the Resort to hold enough rooms to accommodate all our guests. By booking within our Room Block you will help us meet the percentage required to adhere to our Wedding Contract. In addition, you will have the convenience of utilizing our Special Group Coordinator and Hospitality Desk for all service requests. Not to mention, all guests booked through the room block will receive 20% discount on spa services.
