Liz Moore Weddings Booking Procedure:

1. Upon completion of the RESERVATION REQUEST FORM , Lana our travel coordinator, will manually create your reservation and apply your deposit. Please allow up to 72 BUSINESS hours after completion of this form for Lana to finalize your reservation.

If dates of travel are within 60 days or if desired dates of stay or are outside of our room block held (November 20-26, 2024) your room will need to be special requested and will be based upon availability. This will require additional time to reserve. Please complete reservation form as soon as possible for best selection of room categories and best date availability.

2. You will receive the itinerary and invoice upon finalization of your reservation.

3. 2 months prior to departure Lana will send an email asking you to verify your flight information (even if you already provided this information, please make sure to resend it as soon as possible so Lana has the most up to date flight information for your airport transfers.

4. 1-2 weeks prior to departure Lana will send you an email with your itinerary and vital travel information.
