We have hired a local bus company to provide a shuttle between the hotels on Route 120 in Lebanon (Hilton, Courtyard and Quality Inn) and the event. The shuttle can make several runs as needed. Uber/Lyft is not big in the area but there are a handful of those drivers around, and there are several local taxi services too.

We want people to be comfortable as it will be fall on a mountain in NH. It could be hot or cold! Dress fancy if you want but be aware there will be outdoor games and may be activities off the beaten path (Disc Golf) you may wish to have sneakers/comfortable footwear for.
