Free parking will be readily available at both the church and the reception venue. There is a paid parking deck right next to the Avalon Hotel, but there is plenty of free parking in the surrounding area.

Yes, you will need a passport. Just make sure it’s valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates!

We want you all to treat this like a vacation, so feel free to come early or stay later. Plan to arrive by 12 PM Friday if you want to join us for the welcome party (we really hope you do)!

For the Welcome Party and Ceremony, the recommended hotels are within walking distance to the church and venue, though Uber rides are also an option. For the Reception, we will provide transportation conveniently located near the church and several hotels listed on our website. This strategic positioning ensures all attendees have easy access to transportation to and from the event venue.

Mexican Pesos. If you are not paying with pesos, it is best to pay with a card that does not charge a conversion fee. Be sure to check out the exchange rates!

Walking! San Miguel de Allende is a very walkable city with plenty of cobblestones. Please wear comfortable, sturdy shoes as you'll likely spend a considerable time walking. Taxis and Uber is readily available throughout the city, but you'll often find it is quicker to walk most places due to traffic or long wait times.

Yes! There are plenty of boutique hotels in and outside of the city. Some of our favorites include: Live Aqua, Rosewood, and Numu. Airbnb is also a wonderful option for those traveling in larger groups!
