Wierzchowiska Palace

The Palace in Wierzchowiska is a historic building, included in the catalog of Castles, Palaces and Manors in Poland. Its history dates back to the 19th century. Beautifully restored, it has retained the soul of a bygone era. It has five rooms, each of them has a unique character. The preserved original paintings delight guests and bring them closer to the history of this place.

The Venue 

Once upon a time in the digital age, Paula and Tom's fairy tale began with a magical right swipe on Tinder. Little did they know, this simple gesture would lead to a love story that even storybooks would envy. As the world was cast under the spell of a pandemic, their love blossomed through countless enchanted video calls. Sharing dreams and secrets, their hearts grew closer with each passing day. Their romance became a reality when Paula moved into Tom’s cozy home. Their new life together sparkled with joy and laughter, especially after they welcomed a golden cocker spaniel named George. This charming little pup quickly became the most precious member of their newfound family, filling their days with boundless happiness. Their love knew no bounds as they embarked on countless adventures together. From sunny beaches in Spain to the serene landscapes of Cyprus, they found solace in the soft sand and gentle waves. Their journeys also took them to the breathtaking English coast, where they strolled along the beaches, hand in hand, breathing in the salty sea air. One memorable day, they ventured to Durdle Door, marveling at the majestic natural arch rising from the turquoise waters. In 2023, amidst their travels and adventures, they purchased their dream home, a quaint and magical place where every corner whispered of their future together. But the most enchanting moment came when Tom traveled to Lublin, the picturesque city in Poland that Paula called home. By a serene lake, with the setting sun casting a golden glow and their family members gathered around, Tom knelt on one knee and proposed to Paula. With a heart full of love and eyes brimming with tears of joy, Paula said YES!, their promise of forever echoing across the tranquil water. Now, as the 11th of July, 2025 approaches, Paula and Tom are ready to celebrate their love in the grandest way. Surrounded by family, friends, and their beloved George, though not physically present, his spirit lives on in their hearts. Their wedding day promises to be a dream come true. With the magic of their love story guiding them, Paula and Tom are set to embark on a lifetime of happiness, living happily ever after in a tale as timeless as any classic romance.

Polska Wersja Naszej Bajki : Pewnego razu w erze cyfrowej, bajka Pauli i Toma zaczęła się od magicznego przesunięcia zdjecia w prawo na Tinderze. Nie wiedzieli, że ten prosty gest doprowadzi do historii miłosnej, której mogłyby pozazdrościć nawet książki. Gdy świat pogrążył się w pandemii, ich miłość rozkwitła dzięki niezliczonym zaczarowanym rozmowom przez telefon. Dzieląc się marzeniami i sekretami, ich serca z każdym dniem stawały się sobie bliższe.Ich milosc stał się rzeczywistością, gdy Paula przeprowadziła się do przytulnego domu Toma. Ich nowe wspólne życie lśniło radością i śmiechem, zwłaszcza po tym, jak przyjęli pod swój dach złotego cocker spaniela o imieniu George (Grzegorz po polsku :D ). Ten uroczy piesek szybko stał się najcenniejszym członkiem ich nowo powstałej rodziny, napełniając ich dni nieograniczoną radością. Ich miłość nie znała granic, gdy wyruszali razem na niezliczone przygody. Od słonecznych plaż po spokojne krajobrazy Cypru, znajdowali ukojenie w miękkim piasku i delikatnych falach. Ich podróże zaprowadziły ich także na zapierające dech w piersiach angielskie wybrzeże, gdzie spacerowali po plażach, trzymając się za ręce i wdychając słone powietrze. Pewnego niezapomnianego dnia wybrali się do Durdle Door, podziwiając majestatyczny naturalny łuk wyrastający z turkusowej wody. W 2023 roku, pośród swoich podróży i przygód, kupili swój wymarzony dom, urocze i magiczne miejsce, gdzie każdy kąt szeptał o ich wspólnej przyszłości. Jednak najbardziej czarujący moment nadszedł, gdy Tom podróżował do Lublina, malowniczego miasta w Polsce, które Paula nazywała domem. Nad spokojnym jeziorem, przy zachodzącym słońcu rzucającym złoty blask i w otoczeniu rodziny, Tom ukląkł na jedno kolano i oświadczył się Pauli. Z sercem pełnym miłości i oczami pełnymi łez radości, Paula powiedziała TAK!, a ich obietnica na zawsze rozbrzmiała nad spokojną wodą. Teraz, gdy nadchodzi 11 lipca 2025 roku, Paula i Tom są gotowi świętować swoją miłość w najwspanialszy sposób. Otoczeni rodziną, przyjaciółmi i ukochanym George'em, choć nieobecnym fizycznie, jego duch żyje w ich sercach. Dzień ich ślubu zapowiada się jako spełnienie marzeń. Z magią swojej historii miłosnej prowadzącą ich, Paula i Tom są gotowi wyruszyć w podróż ku wiecznemu szczęściu, żyjąc długo i szczęśliwie w opowieści tak ponadczasowej jak każda klasyczna romantyczna historia.

The Lublin Castle (Polish: Zamek Lubelski) is a medieval castle in Lublin, Poland, adjacent to the Old Town district and close to the city center. It is one of the oldest preserved royal residencies in Poland, initially established by High Duke Casimir II the Just.Its contemporary Gothic Revival appearance is largely due to a reconstruction undertaken in the 19th century.

The Lublin Village Open Air Museum located in the valley of Czechówka river, is one of the largest open-air museums in Poland. It presents the cultural diversity of Lublin region combining a rich collection of architecture and objects with care for the intangible heritage of the region. The museum's exhibition is divided into sectors reflecting the diversity of landscape and ethnography of the Lublin region: Lublin Upland, Roztocze, Powiśle, Podlasie, Nadbuże and the town’s and manor’s sectors. A visit to the museum is an opportunity to see memorabilia related to the old life of villages, manors and towns, but it also gives the opportunity to become familiar with the daily work, customs and traditions of people of the past era.

Beer lovers can get to know the craftsmanship of brewers from Lublin and Zwierzyniec here.
