What is the dress code?
Formal attire.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes! Guests staying at the hotel can remain parked at the hotel garage. All other guests will be able to park in front of the Red Tail Lodge.
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place on top of the mountain. Guests will be directed to the gondola for a ride to the top.
Are there reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Yes, there is a room block available at the Appalachian Hotel with an additional discount code provided. The Quality Inn is another great option located just a few minutes away from the venue.
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
Guests are encouraged to head straight to cocktail hour after the cermony.
What time will the wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?
The wedding reception will end at 11:00 PM. There will be an after-party on premises.
Are children allowed to attend?
While we love your little ones, this will be an adult only event.
