As sister to the bride, Mickey has always known Rene better than Rene knows herself sometimes. She always knows when to crack a joke and when to listen and gives the best advice! Mickey and her husband Tyler currently live in Orlando, Florida (aka too far away) with their son Wilbur.

Katie is the sister-in-law of Rene and an all-around fun girl to hang out with! You can often find Katie and Rene thrifting and hanging out with Devon (Rene's brother) and their three cats. Katie is a great friend to Rene and has the best sense of humor.

Laura is a very good friend to Rene, and you can find them talking about Taylor Swift, Owl city, books, watching any early 2000's movie, and sometimes baking! Laura is married to another good friend of Rene's: Chris.

Allison is a close friend to Rene and they can usually be found having double dates with Peter and Allison's boyfriend Justin. They love talking about anything and everything together and can't wait to hang out with each other more during this time of long distance with Peter and Rene.

Cara is the future sister-in-law to Rene and current sister-in-law to Peter as she is married to Peter's brother Thomas. They are currently living in Madison, Wisconsin (aka too far away) with their new kitten! Every time Rene hangs out or talks with Cara, she realizes that she NEEDS to be better friends with her! She is TOO cool and Rene and her have SO much in common!

Peter and Daniel have known each other since Peter was in 8th grade working at Calvary Baptist Church VBS. They really started to know each other when they became roommates from their sophomore to their senior years at Bethel University. They love to share their nerdy hobbies, fun stories, and genuine bro moments.

Peter and Justin know each other from their younger days at Calvary Baptist church, were they both attended. While they were a couple years apart in school and interacted every once in a while, it was during college and hanging out with their mutual friends, where they became much better friends. Late nights at various apartments, lunches, together, double dates, and more have been the highlights of their relationship. Justin is always down for a fun event or a cool trip, and Peter is excited to get to know him more as they both mature in life.

Peter and Jackson met when Jackson asked Peter if he could live in the same apartment during their sophomore year of Bethel University. While they previously lived in the same building, they never met until then. They’ve been great friends ever since, living together a few years later. They’ve enjoyed many deep talks that go to the wee hours of the night, and all sorts of wacky antics. Peter’s loved visiting him at grad school in Seattle and hope to do so many more times.

Thomas is Peter‘s younger brother by two years. They have known each other since time immemorial, around the year 2000. They love chatting about all sorts of nonsense, whether that be random comics, reading, archaic composers, or other weird things in our world’s history and current events. The places they chat are just as weird, like going 40 miles an hour on a tube or rocketing through the woods on a four-wheeler. As they both settle into their married lives, they are excited to get to know each other more, and hopefully have many more antics to come.

Lars is Peter's younger brother by five years. Always the troublemaker, Peter mostly remembers him as the one trying to egg Peter on to get himself in trouble. It was a fairly successful strategy. In their later years, they love to pick each other's brains about their interests, especially as they grow into their own.
