Our ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue, located approximately 30 minutes north of Truckee. The site is a private lakeside campground that we have reserved for the weekend to celebrate with all of you. There are many options for accommodations, so please be sure to take the Wedding Accommodations Survey and check the Guest Accommodations Page to learn all of your options. If you do not plan to stay out at Webber Lake the night of the wedding please let us know as we are gauging interest in a shuttle back to Truckee that night. The wedding site is in the woods, and as such, there is uneven terrain. We strongly advise wearing flat heeled shoes, or the like, in favor of saving your ankles and dancing with us a smidge longer. Weather gets very chilly in the evening in the mountains, even in August! Be prepared and bring layers, even sweaters, puffy jackets and wool socks are strongly recommended if you plan to camp with us. If you're not planning to camp with us, we still advise bringing a warm layer to wrap up in for the evening of the wedding as temperatures drop as soon as the sun goes down. Double check the weather before packing those suitcases. Also, FYI, there is NO CELL SERVICE at Webber Lake, so plan to unplug, relax, and share the magic with us. We’d love for each and everyone of you to stay at Webber Lake with us for the weekend to celebrate our love. We’ll be at Webber Saturday, August 7th through Monday, August 9th, and hope you’ll join us.
