Dallas Fort Worth International Airport
The DFW airport is the major hub for most airlines (all except Southwest). This airport is situated nicely between Fort Worth and Dallas, if out of town guests arrive early to the weekend to explore the metroplex, or opt for accommodations closer to the city. It is a large airport, but also allows ample room for last minute flight changes due to unforeseen changes or delays.
Dallas Love Field
This airport is the major hub for Southwest. It is closer to Dallas than DFW, but is still not far from the wedding venue or Fort Worth. This airport is smaller, and usually has a shorter wait time for TSA.
DFW Airport North TEXRail Station
The TexRail connects via the DFW airport to many satellite locations, including Grapevine - where many large resort style hotels are available. Grapevine is a quaint town which is a 50 min drive from the venue, but also a convenient location to the airport! TexRail pricing is approximately $12.50 valid for 7 days, and can take you to sites in Ft. Worth or Dallas as well.

This hotel is conveniently located 15 minutes from both downtown Waxahachie and the Springs Venue. Not checking in until the 9th? No problem, just be sure to select the dates you need when booking. A small pool is available, with walking distance to a nearby Italian restaurant and Target for those late minute essentials. Both Double Queen and Single King are held for our guests. These are on courtesy hold until April 10, 2025. *Note when going to this link, choose the dates needed and the site will then take you to the booked agreement.

The Courtyard in Midlothian is a nice option for a hotel which also has an onsite restaurant, Starbucks and a pool. Located just outside of Waxahachie by approximately 25 minutes, the Courtyard offers both Double Queen and Single King for our guests. Not checking in until the 9th? No problem, just be sure to select the dates you need when booking. As a courtesy, these block of rooms will be held until April 9, 2025.
