Our Wedding

They never thought a simple chance encounter would ever grow into the love they share today. Take a look at a few highlights of Phong and Trinh's story and see even more moments of their relationship in The Memories!

The Story

From meeting each other at a youth retreat in 2017, to confessing their feelings and going on their first date a year later, Trinh and Phong have created this album to share the last 8 years of their relationship for everyone to see.

“The Mrs” and Phong’s (definitely) better half. Running joke for the last 8 years is that Phong stole her from a convent.

Trinh

“The Mr” and Trinh’s (maybe?) better half. Got introduced to her by a nun of all people and the rest is history. 

Phong

“The Influencer”. If she’s not making a new TikTok, she’s looking for new ones to try. Probably dancing in front of a camera somewhere.

Thuy

“The Uncle”. Yes we call him Bot. No he’s not AI. Definitely real and definitely a good time when he’s around. Getting married in February.

Bot 

“The Party Gal”. Crazy girl who turns every moment into laughter. Lives for bringing fun and chaos to the mix.

Tram

“The Socialite”. Trinh’s friend from work. If a puppy became human, Steven would be the result. Will make friends with you before you even realize it.

Stephen

“The Adopted Child”. Phong and Trinh have been told they spoil her too much. Hopefully they’ll get free dental work from her one day when she finishes dental school.

Angela

“The Wanderer”. Phong and Trinh’s friend from nursing school. Phong and Trinh never see him much since he suffers from a severe case of wanderlust.

Thanh 

“The Other Adopted Child”. Phong and Trinh haven’t seen her in months and making her a bridesmaid was the only way to get her out of the house.

Tram Anh

“The Dealer”. A longtime friend from the cold state of Minnesota, Jason acts as Trinh’s Labubu dealer much to Phong’s chagrin.

Jason

“The Foodie”. Trinh’s cousin. An absolute food lover, will eat the same dish for back-to-back meals if it's good enough.

Cindy

“The Chaotic One”. You’ll hear him before you see him. Very ham chơi; you can ask him about it.

12/28/2025We will have a small amount of wedding programs available at the church ceremony. These are bilingual so that friends and family unfamiliar with a Catholic wedding or the Vietnamese language can follow along during the service! These are first-come-first-serve, so come early if you would like one!

12/30/2025We're getting ready to finalize with our caterer! If you or anyone in your party has food allergies/sensitivities, please let us know ASAP so we can try our best to accommodate!

12/31/2025Almost ready for the wedding! We will be posting a livestream link via this page and our socials for friends and family to virtually attend. The stream will be through Facebook and live starting Saturday morning!
