Yes! The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. For example, cocktail dresses or a suit and tie. Please wear either of the following colors: Red, Pink, Gold/Champagne, Black, or Navy Blue. Thank you for your understanding!

Help us start the party as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes (at 3 PM) before the start of the ceremony to ensure everyone is seated on time.

If you know us, you know how much we love your little ones! To allow all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and enjoy themselves, we've elected to make our wedding a child-free event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us. There is one exception for family members from out of state with children; they are welcome because it has been too long since Anne and Phong last saw them.

We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for our unplugged ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and videographer and will absolutely share all those photos will you!

Yes, we have hotel blocks for our guests. You can stay at the Hyatt Place Madison in Verona or the GrandStay Hotel in Mount Horeb. Discount code is available for both hotels. Please see the "Hotel" tab for more information.

Since our wedding will be in January, the weather here in Wisconsin is unpredictable. Please dress warm and bring winter coats, scarves, and most importantly, good walking shoes when traveling to our wedding venue. This will ensure you're prepared for any weather conditions and ready to enjoy the day. Once you are at the wedding venue, everything will be inside, where it will be warm, so there is no need to worry about being cold. We will also have a coat check available, so you can store your winter coats and scarves during the event.

The ceremony and reception will be indoors at one location, The Eloise.

- For guests who are staying at the two hotels (Hyatt Place Madison/Verona and GrandStay Hotel in Mount Horeb), there will be shuttles to take guests to and from The Eloise. - For those who are not staying at the hotels but want to avoid driving to the wedding venue, you are welcome to park at one of the hotels and use the arranged shuttles to go to the wedding venue.

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall, where we will be serving hors d'oeuvre and beverages during a cocktail hour.
