What COVID precautions is your wedding venue taking?
All tables will have no more than 10 guests, and all tables will be spaced 6 feet apart.
Our venue will provide hand sanitizer in all occupied spaces, and sanitize restrooms and other shared spaces every 60 minutes.
Our venue will also require all staff members to have a temperature check prior to their shift, and for all staff members to wear masks and gloves throughout the Event.
Food stations will be protected by plexi-glass dividers.
Lastly all guests must wear masks when indoors or will have to be asked to remain outdoors, unless you are prohibited from wearing masks for medical reasons, or vaccinated.
Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?
Yes, we will have shuttle buses from the Holiday Inn Budd Lake to our venue. Please abide by the hours posted in the hotel lobby.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will take place outdoors in the garden, weather permitting. Our cocktail hour and reception will be indoors, however, everyone will have access to the ground throughout the wedding.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. Ladies should wear formal dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit or a sports coat.
Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our venue features an elevator in the main building.
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
