Pony Montana is a sleepy, tiny mining town in the Tobacco Root Mountains. Its about 59 miles from Bozeman MT. There aren't any hotels in the town but lots of air B and B opitions. There are hotels in Three Forks which is 27 miles from Pony. There is also a hotel in McAllister, 26 miles from Pony and hotel choices in Ennis, 33 miles.
