Yes, parking is on site and free.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We will be providing transportation to and from Avon Old Farms Hotel only. There will be one bus leaving the hotel at 4:15PM bringing guest to The Hartford Golf Club. The ceremony will start at 5:00PM. The bus will be leaving The Hartford Golf Club to head back to Avon Old Farms Hotel at 10:30pm. If you are staying at another hotel we suggest using Uber, Lyft, or driving to the venue.

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors on the golf course at The Hartford Golf Club, located at: 134 Norwood Rd, West Hartford, CT 06117.

We will head to the patio to enjoy cocktail hour where apps and drinks will be served.

The wedding will be buffet style with chicken, beef, fish, and vegetarian options. The only items that will be plated and served to you, is salad and bread. You will not select entrees when you RSVP.

Our ceremony will begin at 5:00PM, sharp. It is best to arrive about 10-15 minutes prior. Champagne and water will be provided at the ceremony.

We have arranged for a room block at Avon Old Farms Hotel. If you wish to stay elsewhere there are many options within a 10 mile radius as well as local Airbnb's. Please visit the "Accommodations/Travel" section of our website for more details.

We will be meeting at The Avon Old Farms Hotel bar "The Tap Room" after the wedding for drinks. Please note this will be a cash/card bar. Pizza will be provided.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your formal wedding invitation.

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire.
